I've been a property manager & flipper with my husband for about 10 years so I have plenty of experience with investment homes. Because of my own investment it has made me knowledgeable in what to watch for when purchasing a home.

I'm not afraid to ask questions and figure out any issues that may come about. I also have a wonderful broker that has been working in real estate since 1970's, so I have a lot of support when an issue does arise.
