When looking for a broker, it was important to me to find someone that could understand what I was looking for, even when I wasn't sure. Since I live in Austin, it was almost a given I would end up needing to make an offer and potentially even purchasing something on Kauai sight unseen. My original plans had been to purchase in Poipu. After Kristin and John had spent time with my wife and I learning what we wanted in a condo and what we enjoy doing when on Kauai, they suggested Kapaa as a better location.

Kristin and John found a condo for us and after talking it through with them, we placed an offer and ultimately purchased a condo without seeing it prior to the offer. That's how much trust we have in them. It has proven to be the right decision and we've been EXCEEDINGLY pleased.
