Laura was simply outstanding. We moved from out of state, looking for a new home all while selling our previous one. Laura was happy to answer all our questions as we learned a new state and new market. After we visited and toured numerous homes, a few came on the market when we couldn’t make it in person. Laura happily volunteered to tour each one with us on video, often spending late days to help us. Once we found “the one”, she helped us navigate offer negotiations, supervised inspections as we were unable to be there, and found great resources for all the items we needed to get things closed.

Laura made the process seem effortless which would have been more challenging with someone not as knowledgeable. Her efforts got us our home within our budget and we couldn’t have been happier. We would absolutely work with Laura again, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

Laura was an angel during the house buying process. Both my husband and I are first time home owners and were very naive to the entire process. It was very stressful, but things become much easier once we found Laura. She was quick to respond to emails and texts. She was always accommodating to show us a home. She was so helpful and calm with all of the changes due to COVID-19. She knows a lot of people in the business and I really trust her recommendations. When we saw the house that we ended up buying, I truly believe it was because of her advice and negotiation that we were about to get our dream home. When she met us at the house to give us our keys, she had handwritten note expressing her gratitude. Even though we are now living in our new home, Laura continues to check in on us to see if we need anything or have any questions. Buying a home can be really stressful and overwhelming, Laura made it all seem manageable. She was so patience and positive with us throughout this process. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Laura was awesome. We ran her to death looking at houses in West Linn and Lake Oswego. Her patience was astonishing. We needed to find a house that fit our multi-generational needs.
