Over the latest rolling three-month period ending in September 2026, Cedar Hills home values have eased compared with a year ago. The typical home value is down about 5 percent year over year, even as the median list price is up nearly 4 percent. At the same time, homes sold have risen roughly 13 percent from last year, pointing to steadier buyer activity despite softer prices.
Current conditions show a market that is still leaning toward sellers but with more breathing room for buyers. Months of supply has roughly doubled year over year to about 2.9 months, while active listings are up about 19 percent, giving shoppers more options than last fall.
