Laura Topp and her team were truly excellent to work with. As first time buyers, we were quite nervous about all the decisions we had to make, but her calming nature and wealth of experience put us at ease. Laura Topp is a phenomenal agent, and I highly recommend her. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We’ve worked with her multiple times and she has sold our property very quickly in each case. It feels like she has become a part of our family over the past several years.

From the very first meeting my husband and I had with Laura, it was evident that she brought a real depth of experience and knowledge to the table. Laura did extensive diligence to understand the property, building and amenities, as well as learn what we loved about our home and the special touches we put in place. When we met with Laura's team, they were professional, asked great questions and had a lot of ideas. It was refreshing to work with a team that could take the reins and move forward on our behalf.

Through the entire process, Laura and her team managed effectively and handled everything including working with the building, facilitating furniture staging and connecting us with contacts for needed repairs and touch ups. Further, our sales process was not without challenges, least of which was an overnight change in the market due to Covid-19. Laura and her team are all True professionals! She came in with a well informed marketing plan, has great connections in the Chicago Real Estate market and was a joy to work with. This was a complex situation and Laura (& team) handled it perfectly.

Laura was an incredible agent. She went above and beyond to understand exactly what we were looking for in our forever home. She was extremely professional and took the time to show us many places until we found the perfect place. This was our first time buying a house and Laura make us feel comfortable, and guided us through the whole process. It was great to know that we had someone on our side who we could trust. She also helped us sell our condo. She gave us great advice and we sold our condo quickly and easily.
