Laura Topp is a very strong realtor who really knows her industry. She sold my neighbor's property, and even though I never met her, I knew that she was familiar with the uniqueness of my building, and my neighborhood. I interviewed 3 other realtors and Laura came to our interview positive, energetic, and genuine. Her technique of combining technology and first class photography sold the property 2 days before the open house, in a bidding war, for over the asking price! She was there for me all the way thru the process. I have sold 4 other homes in my life, and she was my best realtor by far. Her team in the office and the lawyer she recommended to handle the legal details were top notch as well. A big thank you!

My husband and I have now bought 2 properties and sold 1 property with Laura. Each of these experiences has been outstanding and we would trust no one more with our home buying and selling than Laura and her team. We have recommended her to many other friends and family members who have all given her glowing reviews as well.

Working with Laura Topp was overall a very great experience. We are a tough couple to please. She stayed the course and stayed positive and professional throughout.

My husband and I worked with Laura to find our current place and were extremely happy with Laura the first time around. Our friends have also worked with her and were extremely happy with her as well. We didn't consider anyone else when looking for our new home and will use Laura to sell our current place in the near future as well.

I found my broker, Laura Topp by chance, when passively inquiring on a property I found listed on Zillow or Redfin. I was actually already working with a different broker at the time, but when I reached out to Laura, she seemed far more knowledgeable and experienced than the former broker. I immediately started working only with Laura.

Laura is "Topps" in my book. She and I built quite a good relationship during my search. Laura understood that I was a new home buyer and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. She was so accessible and took a lot of time and consideration in helping me find just the right home. I will highly recommend her to all of my friends/family.
