He was quick to respond to questions and thoughtful in his answers. He made sure we understood the entire process and never pressured us. Our situation was tricky as the home we were living in and selling was majorly damaged by fire days before closing. Devin was calm and kind and quick to handle all conversations with the buyers of our house and the seller of the house we were buying. Over the next 16 months we kept in contact with Devin as our home was repaired. During that time, Devin helped us buy our current home and then handled the sale of the repaired home. While we mostly worked with Devin, we sometimes had contact with other staff in his office. My son and I first contacted Laurie about representing us on the sale of our commercial building. We had to delay that sale but thought enough of Laurie that my son asked her to handle the sale of his house and months later I followed suit with my own home. In a world where professionalism is hard to find, I found Laurie to be just that in appearance, conduct and knowledge. I recently put our commercial building back on the market and, again, my experience with Laurie was a positive one. I'm not always the easiest guy to deal with and I have to give Laurie an extra star for her confidence and professionalism in handling some wrong ideas I had about figuring sale value. Add that she'll admit what she doesn't know and seek correct answers rather than fake her way through and this is a lady I'd recommend to anyone anytime.

Laurie was extremely helpful in preparing and successfully selling my mothers home after her move to a retirement community. Since I was handling the sale from out of state, Laurie took a lot of initiative in determining how to prepare, stage, and price the home. She had resources for external power washing, small repairs, and a home warranty that really paid off when the hot water heater needed to be replaced unexpectedly before the sale was final! Lauri was extremely responsive and moved quickly to show the house and handle the offers. A lovely young family moving into the home my parents had shared for many years was a happy ending.
