Lisa represented us and got top dollar on a home that didn't meet the normal residential property since it was on the small side.  She got the house listed almost immediately and kept us advised as to when the house would be shown any feedback that was received.  It helped to set the price as she was  familiar with the area and met our quirky demands about signage. In addition, she did a very good job of marketing the house on all available resources for the most exposure.  Based on our experience we would definitely do business with her again.
