Rick was very helpful in finding a home and very easy to contact. Was very flexible with helping look at and find different homes to be able to comb through to find the perfect one. Provided lots of good insight and was honest about how he felt homes integrity was along with how the home would hold up over time. Rick was very honest when showing us houses. He knew and understood what we needed speaking in long terms. We were looking for our forever home and Rick knew what to look for and knew what to say no to. A couple times he said "trust me", and I did, and I'm glad I did. It all worked out in my favor.
