Liz was my saving grace in a chaotic journey of selling my house. She was patient, communicative, and worked hard with marketing and communication with buyers agents. She was a recommendation of a friend who I have thanked 10000 times. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Liz was literally the first real estate agent that we reached out to as I had heard good things about Salt and Stone from a Reddit post. I couldn't have picked a better agent if I would have reached out to hundreds. She is always available, very professional and knowledgeable, and is extremely personable. If I ever purchase another house in the Wilmington area, I would ONLY work with Liz and I will certainly recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a house.

I met Liz at an Open House while driving to Southport. The home she was selling was much too small for my needs and the timing of our purchase was not needed at the time. We kept in touch over several months and had several conversations of our likes and strong dislikes of certain home types and neighborhoods. Liz took in all the information and found us several to look at when we were ready to buy. She set up everything for us to see homes, ask questions, get the answers and help us negotiate our eventual purchase. We are thrilled with the home and the help Liz gave us!

Liz Easley has made our buying experience very pleasant and easy. We would highly recommend her for anyone in the market for a home.

But after working with Liz Eesley, she made the process go very smooth and less stressful. Since being first time home buyers, she really broke it all down for us and how the process works step by step. There was never a moment we felt unclear or unsure on what we do next in this process.
