Lucy Ferrer is a native of Venezuela with a background in Computer Engineering, who found her true calling in real estate in 2004. Since then, she has helped first-time buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals with confidence, honesty, and a commitment to service.

Now based in Wichita, Kansas, Lucy co-founded a business focused on building affordable new homes, making homeownership more accessible to all. She's also an active member of several networking groups, supporting and connecting with other professionals.

Married with a blended family of five children, Lucy enjoys salsa dancing, meaningful conversations over a glass of wine, and staying grounded through daily affirmations and exercise. Her mission is to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey with knowledge, care, and dedication.
