I live in Texas and was buying property in Idaho. Being so remote from the property Mae was absolutely necessary. Mae went above and beyond by providing detailed pictures of the property and lining up all of the necessary people involved in the purchase. She conversed with the owner and his realtor, provided contacts for PERC test and inspection. She actually scheduled the inspections. I couldn't recommend her more.
