Mae is such a pleasure to work with, not only is she very knowledgable and capable of maximizing the profits on the property she posseses the ability to be kind, courteous, professional and provides exceptional service overall. We listed our house when the market was not moving too much but Mae did open houses numerous times to get people in to see the property to maximize the potential for us to get a buyer within a reasonable time frame. Mae was fantastic and extremely helpful. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with all the steps required or the things to look out for. I had told Mae early on in the home search that I did not want to live in an HOA. Well I put down an offer on a house that I really liked that wasn't disclosed that it was in an HOA and luckily Mae caught it and informed me after being very close to an agreement and , which ended up bean a deal breaker. So I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. Also Mae was very responsive and communitve, replying to my questions even at 9 or 10 pm. Overall I'm very happy with how the home buying process went.
