Mae was fantastic and extremely helpful. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with all the steps required or the things to look out for. I had told Mae early on in the home search that I did not want to live in an HOA. Well I put down an offer on a house that I really liked that wasn't disclosed that it was in an HOA and luckily Mae caught it and informed me after being very close to an agreement and , which ended up bean a deal breaker. So I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. Also Mae was very responsive and communitve, replying to my questions even at 9 or 10 pm. Overall I'm very happy with how the home buying process went.

Mae was amazing. Always answered my texts and calls and worked tirelessly to help fond us the house and property we were desperately looking for. When we found what we wanted and she worked hard to help us get it. Everything worked out the way she said it would and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to moving into our new home soon. Fall and summer of 2025 was a tough year in Spokane to sell higher-end homes.
