I work mostly with buyers moving to the area but not exclusively. Very proud of my many Recommendations and Ratings and Reviews on Realtor.com that puts me in the top 3 agents in most cities I cover. Please read the many reviews there.
One very unique aspect of my practice is the Executive programs I've taken
at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation (three courses) and the
MIT Real Estate offerings (two programs). Two of these five short courses were on campus and amazing attendees and instructors.
I work in NE Florida and Marion County further south in the middle of the state. St Johns County is very popular for the top rated school district in all of Florida. Other counties I work in near St Augustine are Clay, Duval (Jacksonville), Nassau (Fernandina Beach, Flagler (Palm Coast). Nocatee has been rated the top community in the state. I spend some time in Marion County where the 55+ communities have so much to offer. Top examples are The Villages and On Top of the World.
