Mark & Sharon Pretzer

We are Fresno natives, born and raised in the local area. Mark served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1973 to 1977. Our current hobbies include spending time with our family, traveling, RVing, camping, fishing, hunting, and playing Bunko with friends.

Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and Sharon is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California. We specialize in representing our clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income properties within the Fresno/Clovis and Central Valley region of California. We truly love this area and pride ourselves on our knowledge of current real estate market trends, transactions, school districts, neighborhoods, and related services, including home mortgage, insurance, and inspection services.
