For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $427,500 in Madera County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $419,570 in July.
Madera Ranchos had 5 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in June, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 7.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in July.
Of those 15 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Madera Ranchos grew 3.04% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $509,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to grow.
