Shalin and Matt stuck by me for years (years!) as I was wanting to move to AZ but also struggling with health issues. I am also oddly specific in what I am looking for in a house, and both Shalin and Matt were very patient and fully grasped what I was looking for. They are tech-literate, gave honest and informed insights, and they understood that I didn't need them constantly sending me houses that came up. It was a breath of fresh air. There was no pestering, no posturing, no pressure from them, and they heard and understood what I needed and wanted. They explained my many questions very well, they were willing to research further when needed, and they were very accessible.

Realtors can obtain a license with very little intelligence. The bar is low. However, both Shalin and Matt are very intelligent people. Not only that, they are also very ethical and approachable. We engaged the Caren Team to assist us in finding our winter getaway home in the Phoenix area.
