If there were more stars available I'd give this team all of them. I've bought several houses in my life and did not have a high opinion of realtors/agents. Matt was amazingly attentive, informative, protective of our interests and an all around nice person. I just can't say enough about how we were treated and the way his team handled the escrow/closing of our home purchase. As we had this home purchase in escrow here in AZ, additionally, we had our home in CA in escrow. Stressful to say the least, but Matt got both escrows communicating and both deals closed right on time. We are so grateful for Matt and his team for guiding us through one of the most stressful events of our lives. Matt..you rock!
This was our first time selling a home and Matt made this experience less stressful.
