I hired Megan to sell my moms home after she passed away and my dads home as he was transitioning into a retirement community. She has been and continues to be amazing during what could be a really emotionally difficult time. Megan told me up front “this is my full time job so I am here for whatever you need” and she meant it. She coordinated everything that needed to be done - photos, contractors, handymen, dumpster, cleaners, etc. She came with her own vendor list and even did research to find someone to consolidate all of my dad’s belongings so we didn’t have to. I would recommend Megan to anyone looking for a kind and reliable realtor who treats you like a friend.

Moving and selling a home is a stressful experience and Megan did everything possible to take charge of the process, proactively address potential problems and provide sound advice when we were unsure about how to make decisions.My family had a new home built and discussed Megan listing our existing home. We wanted to be in the new house before listing the existing one. There were multiple significant delays with construction, blowing the potential timeline we had discussed with Megan. She proactively checked in with us periodically so she would be aware of when it would be time to start taking action on our behalf, but was never pushy or impatient.Our existing home was older and needed a lot of work. We had a contractor lined up to address a couple of things that were a must for code purposes. We highly recommend her!
