Melissa came to our home with a positive approach and everything we needed to help sell our home. A beautiful checklist to help us stage the home, comps for the area and multiple local helpers to get the home ready (carpet cleaners, HVAC repairs, painter and handyman.) She was so organized throughout the process, sending net sheets on what we will profit from each possible sale which helped us stay focused on the sale.
She provided timelines to help us know the next steps in the process and checked in regularly with any repairs that we were doing per the buyers request.
Always professional and yet her personality shines through and it shows based on her local references and recommendations.
