I have been in real estate since 2006, when I retired from being a secondary school principal. I sold real estate in California for 2+ years before moving to Texas in 2008. Since moving to Texas, I have bought/sold properties, was an agent services coordinator for a large brokerage of more than 200 agents, and taught real estate classes.

In addition to my CRS and MCNE certifications, I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) and a member of the Global Property Specialist (GPS) network. My team consists of an office assistant and a buying agent; I am the sole listing agent.

For the past few years, I have been in the top 20 agents in our office for total sales volume. However, I am NOT a mega-agent and feel that gives me time to personally pay attention to the people and properties with whom/which I am working. I am active in Rotary and my church. Additionally, I am president of my local HOA and on the Architectural Control Committee for a larger HOA.
