As a first-time homebuyer, Michael Teggart was a fantastic broker to choose for my recent condo purchase. I was unsure of the process including lending options, the home inspection process, and how to negotiate the contract with desired addenda items. Michael was calm, patient, and answered every question, making sure I understood what was normal for the process. His reassurances put me at ease and also helped manage my expectations of what were reasonable numbers to counter with in our bid.
