Michele was wonderful to work with during the home buying process in the Lehigh Valley. We were moving from Pittsburgh and both with busy schedules working full time with a baby on the way. When we were available to visit the area, Michele made us her priority and made looking at several houses in a day a breeze due to her organization and planning. She picked up on our needs for the new home and worked well within our budget to find places she thought would be suitable. She frequently shared houses that had hit the market during the process. She was also always available via text, email, or phone call. She also scheduled several phone calls during the process to make sure the houses she was recommending fit with our expectations. After meeting with her and seeing houses in person, she did several Facetime tours with us and we completely trusted her guidance on the neighborhood and things we could not see via Facetime. etc

Michelle was amazing to work with. She took the time with me that was needed to help myself and family sell our home. We had a deadline because of being relocated for a job. She met that demand with grace and patience as I was stressing out. She reassured me that everything will take place in the time we had. Never once did I feel alone with her by my side.
