We are Michelle and Matt Brooks, the Brooks Home Team, and team leaders for the Premier Home Group. We are Realtors who pride ourselves on being genuine, detail-oriented, hands-on, and engaged in the home sales process. We are passionate about what we do and humbled by the opportunities we have to assist our clients.

- We grew up in Central Ohio, with Michelle in Delaware County and Matt in Franklin & Licking Counties.
- We currently reside in Lewis Center and have a son who is attending Ohio University and a daughter who is in Kindergarten.
- We are blessed to volunteer in several aspects of the children's program at our church and participate in multiple Realtor committees.
- We believe wholeheartedly that we have been blessed to grow up and currently live here. The sense of community, pride, and compassion we witness consistently drives our love for this area.
- The current real estate industry is demanding. With interest rates still low and a continued lack of inventory for buyers, there is an interesting mix of opportunities for sellers and buyers to maximize their investments while meeting appraisal restrictions.
