I am happy to announce I have just successfully sold my townhouse in Saskatoon with Megan Shpyth with the Mike Boychuk Team and I am so relieved! I had been trying to sell privately for a few months and we had lots of interest but was not able to get a deal put together. Megan got us an offer within the first week or so being on the market! She was really great to communicate with and made the entire process stress free. I found Megan to be very detailed, she made herself available to us whenever we needed her and very easy together along with. I never felt pressure from Megan to make any decisions I was not comfortable making. I am very happy we chose her as our agent. Megan Shpyth with the Mike Boychuk Team went above and beyond. After our initial offer was accepted, she was diligent in looking into permits and information regarding the property. She uncovered an issue with the gas line that would have been an expense to us in the future, but because she caught it prior to lifting of conditions, she was able to have the issue resolved by the seller. She was always available for communication, and was so helpful in answering all our questions. As first time home buyers, we didn't know ANYTHING, and Megan made the process so easy for us.

We were first time homebuyers and had very little knowledge of the whole process, other than reading a few advice articles.

We had our initial meeting with Dax Murdoch of the Mike Boychuk Realty Team and he let us know everything we would need to do for the process. He was very approachable, patient, understanding & knowledgeable.

Dax was great with communication and always responded in a timely manner. We looked at what seemed like so many houses, and we finally found the one we wanted to put an offer on. It took a few offers but we still managed to get it for below list price thanks to Dax.

Three days after possession, we ran into a problem with the water heater and Dax pulled through for us again in negotiating with the listing agent to help offset the cost of the new water heater.

Overall, we had a great experience with Dax Murdoch of Boychuk Realty and I would highly recommend them to find you the home you want!

We would absolutely use Megan and Boychuk Realty again in the future and recommend her to our friends and family. We’re all settled into our new home now and couldn’t be happier with it!

We called Megan with the Mike Boychuk Team last summer and with her help, we bought our home in Saskatoon.
