I just wanted to take a few moments and say a big thank you to Amir Ahmad for helping us to sell our house. He provided with us all the information needed to complete the sale. He was patient, profesional and honest. We would recommend Amir Ahmad to any of my friends and family.

Amir made the process of buying a house easier for us. Being a first-time home buyer, having an experienced agent that knows how to navigate the process makes things much easier.

We had heard about Jarret from a friend. They spoke very highly of him and when we started working with him we knew we made the right choice.

Jarret was a vital asset when assessing various properties. His great attention to detail prevented us from moving ahead with houses that had major underlying problems not visable to the untrained eye. He did a great job of arranging and guiding things with regard to the inspection. Additionally, he did some excellent negotiating towards the end of the purchase of our home to get us a better price taking into account the home inspection.

Jarret was the best realtor we could have imagined. He rapidly came to understand our needs and specific situation. He gained our trust quickly as he did not push us to move on properties that weren't right for us. He was extremely accessible and efficient with showings and communication.

Jarret was an absolute dynamo when it came to negotiating the final price.
