I recently just purchased one of my newest properties here in Saskatoon with Megan Shpyth with the Mike Boychuk Team. I had been recommended by a friend to call Megan a few months back so I reached out to her to discuss what options I had in purchasing my next home. Megan and I spent a lot of time on the phone over the first few weeks discussing different price options, weighing the differences between townhouses and houses, finished basements, unfinished and different neighbourhoods until I felt confident in exactly what I was looking for. Megan and I spent 2-3 weekends out shopping until I had found the right one. I found Megan was easy to talk too and very knowledgable. Recently Mike Boychuk sold my condo in Saskatoon, and did a fantastic job! The market was very different when I purchased my home 10 years ago (also with Mike's help at the time). Back then, homes were selling quickly and we were lucky to locate an off-market condo that was for sale by owner. Last spring I was in the market for a house in Saskatoon. Megan Shpyth reached out offering assistance in finding the perfect first home.

Mike and his team helped sell my home during a difficult time in the market, and it was important to sell quickly because the home was vacant.
