I have been using one of Mike Boychuk's agents for years.

His agent understands what our needs are in locating property and is always available and easy to reach. He worked well with our bank in processing the paperwork in a timely fashion and our lawyer.

Our agent provided an excellent home inspector and helped with names of trades to come in and make repairs needed with the property since we knew when we bought the property that renovations would be needed.

Overall the experience was excellent and I use Mike Boychuk team to buy another property.

Amir dealt with me more like a friend than a client and I really liked that! Living away from home during the process was never a problem as we were able to list the house and sign documents remotely using Mike Boychuk's online signing tool. Amir provided good advice regarding selling strategies and pricing, and also facilitated the final inspection for the basement.

Amir responded to my online home searches quickly. He was patient; it took nearly nine months for me to actively start looking while my Calgary home sold. He listened closely and translated my brother's and my needs into the purchase of the right home.

We contacted Mike Boychuk to help us sell our home. His partner, Amir Ahmad, got our house listed quickly. It sold quickly and close to the asking price, however the deal fell through due to the buyer’s personal situation. This caused us to lose the purchase of a house we bought and we had to start over with selling and buying. Although it was a complex and sometimes frustrating situation, Amir was always patient and professional throughout the whole process, giving us good advice and guiding us through the complexities of the various transactions and was always available to show us houses. Luckily, we were able to purchase another home we really liked and Amir sold our house to a buyer within his team’s own database. The team’s digital signature technology was very convenient and allowed us to negotiate the sale of our home and sign all the documents while we were out of the country. The support staff, Jan and Gina were always helpful and efficient. Thanks to Amir and the entire team!

We contacted Mike Boychuk to sell our existing home and downsize to a condo. It’s been a long time since our last move, but we knew Mike and his team had an excellent track record selling homes in our area. We met with Mike’s partner Jarret Christenson who sent us daily information about homes meeting our exact criteria. This worked great as it allowed us to drive by the properties we were interested in before taking time to view it. Jarret was great about getting all the details on homes we considered as it was important to find a home where our dog would be allowed. After seeing the different styles of townhomes, we found one we liked - but still had to sell our existing home. We listed our home after having Jarret over to give us an evaluation, and had an accepted offer in the first week!
