Mike was not only incredibly knowledgeable in both the market and any and all necessary documents that I encountered but he was able to keep me well informed and focused in the direction I wanted to head! He answered every question I had and explained things in a clear, direct and respectful way!
I will continue to use Mike Boychuk as my realtor and CONTINUE to recommend him to all of my family and friends!

Amir was available when we needed him to be. He was professional and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how everything worked and helped us through the process to the end. Our situation was a bit different than probably most and he treated us with respect in spite of that. We appreciate all Amir Ahmad has done for us.

Mike was excellent at walking us through the process of selling our home, what we could expect, what information was relevant to us in the market data he had gathered and so forth. He was available at all times and followed up with us in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Mike to others and would call him again if we were looking to sell in the future. He is extremely professional and personable which made us feel comfortable through our first home sale. Mike's knowledge and support was appreciated.

I really liked the texting option with Jerret. He was very approachable and understanding. No question seemed like a 'stupid question'. I appreciated his daily emails of what options were available to me. It made it seem like he was looking out for my best interests. I am very happy with his dedication.

Charity went above and beyond to help me sell and find the home of my dreams. She was diligent in getting the process started and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new home.I was so impressed with how quickly she set up viewing for homes as well as for helping me prepare to sell my home. A bonus for me was that she has connections which makes the process so much easier and quicker.
