This was our third housing transaction, first 2 were ho-hum realtors focused on greasing transactions by any means necessary. Mike sat with us patiently over winter in Lawrence, which his son helps facilitate. He expertly helped us navigate objections - some reasonable and some absurd - with excellent guidance while avoiding unreasonable concessions.

If I had to nitpick, I'm annoyed he's not available in Ohio; I would retain him in a heartbeat.
