I'm so happy someone referred me to Monica Wert! I recently moved back to the area with the intention of settling back here in Central PA for good. A family member recommended I speak with Monica when I began my search for a home. This was not an overnight process. It was, in fact, downright frustrating at times as the house/location I had in mind was pretty specific in a market that doesn't get a lot of regular new inventory. Monica understood all of this and was very patient with me over the long search. She was honest about every property which I showed interest. Thankfully she even steered me away from some that might have looked promising but quickly began to look worse the closer one looked.
Ultimately we found the perfect house and location and she was nothing but helpful and professional guiding me through a very complex process, especially as this was my first (and hopefully last) home purchase.
I would highly recommend Monica for anyone searching for their perfect home!
