Nadine was awesome! I talked to 2 or 3 other agents before her who did nothing. After my first conversation with Nadine, the ball got rolling. Nadine inspected the property, told me what was needed, got a survey, and guided me each step of the way. She helped me address the buyers many demands and negotiate the sales price. When the first offer fell through, she repeated the process. The second offer was successful. I received very nearly the asking price. Ms. Nadine Melvin was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. She keep us updated daily, ensured our house hunting needs/wants were met and promptly responded, in detail, to all questions. Ms. Nadine took great care with negotiations, leaving no doubt that she had our best interests in mind. With that said, the contract and closing process went very smooth. She did an excellent job and will be recommended to friends as they begin their house hunting journeys.

Nadine was an absolute blessing! We were beyond stressed about PCSing and needing to find a home for our family without being able to travel beforehand to see it in person. She went above and beyond to make sure we found a house. She was in constant communication with us. She even helped me find a daycare for my daughter, which she honestly didn't have to do. I am so grateful we found her!
