This was an investment property so we were remote sellers. This made us dependent on Nadine for accurate and timely information. We developed a plan quickly and executed that plan for a gret outcome. Thanks for the great work!

Finding a house in our price range and area was I think the hardest part of our home buying experience. Nadine came in and immediately we felt a big weight was lifted. She made our home buying experience a whole lot easier. She showed us how easy it was to get house, shared her knowledge of the area, walked us through the process, and the "Do and Don't" of buying a home. She was upfront and straight forward, very Knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. She was professional and amazing to work with. 110% would highly recommend to anyone!

Nadine went out of her way to ensure everything was handled since we are out of state. To include but not limited to: checking on the home, maintenance and repairs. She was able to walk us through the process and ensured all our questions were answered. And at the end of the day, we received full asking price for the property.

In addition to being a military family, we are also first- time home buyers. Nadine understands the extra challenges we sometimes face in this lifestyle and reassured us every step of the way. We received very short notice to move, which did not provide us a lot of time to learn everything we needed to know about the homebuying process beforehand. As many know, this can be a very overwhelming process, especially when you have a very small window from start to finish. From the very first meeting to the closing date, she was always available for any questions, comments or concerns and we truly appreciate that. Even after closing, we know we can always reach out to her, if needed. I look forward to recommending her to family and friends and would absolutely love to work with her again in the future.
