We met on a house that I already made an offer and we know that we can get the house. We decided to pass by again for I have a feeling that I can get a better home and deal. Nadine is showing the house to some clients and asked her if we can take a peek and she let us and our conversation started. She is very knowledgeable with the market and what to look for in the house, like different issues and giving her suggestions. It’s like working with your smart sister with your good interests is her priority. We ended up withdrawing the offer and decided to work with Nadine. On the first showing of at least 8 houses, we found what we want and with her expertise and good relations with other agents we got the house.
