I am a 55 year old business man that has purchased a number of primary and secondary residences. Of all of the realtors, Nicole was clearly the best. She was knowledgable and super responsive at all hours. In fact, I am not sure if she sleeps. Nicole helped me identify the exact right condo based on a number of requirements and then helped me to move quickly to lock it down. I would definitely work with Nicole again.

Nicole worked with us through our long process of relocating to Illinois from Wisconsin. She helped us zero in on the area and type of house we wanted. Once we found the perfect house she was fantastic as we made offers, negotiated and finalized the purchase. Relocating was VERY stressful for us but Nicole made our house hunt in Illinois the easiest part. I would recommend her to anyone in a second!

Nicole Milford was fantastic. Our buying process was anything but perfect, we had very difficult sellers and she made sure that we were going to be able to purchase the house no matter how many hurdles we had to jump. She was on top of everything and we received daily updates. Her dedication and commitment shows 100% and my wife and I couldn't be happier with Nicole, she wasn't just our broker, she became our friend.

Couldn't be more pleased with how she handled everything through the good and bad. Nicole would be our top choice should we have to sell or buy again, but hopefully we won't have to for a long time :) no offense Nicole!
