Pricing trends show some softening at the same time values remain elevated. The typical home value is up 13.25% year over year, yet down 10.75% month over month, and the median list price of $369,900 has slipped 7.5% from last month. Looking ahead to April 2026, projections call for the typical home value to ease to $331,215, the median list price to edge down to $354,900, and inventory to tick up to 93 homes.
