We were dealing with a new build house and those are hard to negotiate with and we still got 5k off of the cost and they covered closing cost. Nicole was also great with scheduling us with looking at houses including us finding new houses on the fly to look at immediately. I would recommend her to anyone and I would use her again. We also went through three real estate agents before her and she was the only one that met all of our needs.

Can't say enough about this agent. Nicole made this process so much easier. I was extremely nervous as a first time home buyer. Nicole calmed my nervousness and put at me at ease. She was able to explain things to me in a way that made this process less overwhelming. I work night shift and have found that my schedule is hard to work with at times. Nicole always found a way to work around my availability through the entire process. She was always accommodating with regards to showings, inspections, etc...making sure that she knew my work and sleep schedules. I never called or texted her with concerns or questions (no matter how minor) that I didn't get an immediate response. My main concern was my budget. I was concerned I would not find everything I wanted on the budget I set for myself. I'm so happy I walked away with everything I asked for. A million thanks Nicole!!!!

Nicole was a real joy to work with. I originally sent her a link of houses I was interested in and then she found some more that she thought I would be interested in. We soon got off to looking at houses where she was very good at pointing out pros and cons of each place. Very observant and knowledage, just an overall great process that she made as easy for me as buying a house can get.
