Nicolette was one of three agents we interviewed and we are so happy we selected her. We are/were going through some changes ourselves as we had to relocate for professional needs. We started the process with her to review the readiness of ur home and she provided practical advice without demanding major changes. When it was time to let we asked her to justify the listing price due to negative feedback received from another agent. We agreed on a listing price and we received ,multiple offers in just two days and sold for over list. Nickolette was an incredible realtor. From the start she took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. She actually would come to my house anytime I requested and stay as long as needed. I put my house up for sale when interest rates started rising. Traffic was fairly low as kids were going back to school at this time as well. I was ready to reduce my price as rates were climbing and I was in panic mode. Instead of taking the easy way out. Nickolette assured me my house was well worth the price so I stayed put.
