North Star’s rolling three-month data through June 2026 shows a market that has cooled slightly in price but expanded in inventory. Typical home values are essentially flat year over year, edging down by less than one percent. At the same time, active listings have risen more than 25 percent compared with a year ago, giving buyers more to choose from than last summer.
Over this recent three-month stretch, homes in North Star typically sold for about $640,000, while the median list price hovered around $656,000, both modestly higher than in early 2026.
