I was an out of state buyer who was connected with Paige Pennington’s information. I had no idea what a Godsend she would be to me in this challenging process of trying to find a second home in somewhat unfamiliar territory and while being states away.

At first I was looking for a bit of help and guidance as I was beginning my searches and research in the area and she ended up sticking by my side for the next two years!

I could always count on her to answer promptly, thoroughly, and honestly. She was very supportive and attentive to my needs and concerns in my hunt for a home. She was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the landscape and communities of North Carolina that I had to learn, coming from out of state, and always seemed to have a contact of some sort to point me in the right direction for whatever I needed.

Working together while being so far apart required so much patience and excellent communication - Paige always exceeded my expectations with both. Not only is she professional, educated, well-connected, and all around phenomenal at what she does, but she has the passion and the heart to match it. She always made sure to help me feel taken care of and at ease and like she truly cared about the end result. Working with her left me feeling like I wasn’t just another client to her but rather, a friend.

While I am relieved and overjoyed to have finally found what she has been helping me search for for so long, there is a piece of me that is genuinely sad our journey has come to an end! I could not imagine finding anyone better and I highly recommend her to anyone with their real estate needs.

I can not express how absolutely wonderful Paige Pennington was to work with. She helped so much with the purchase of our townhome. She is responsive, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and always available. She met with us to show a property and from that point forward she guided us through the process and stayed in constant contact with us. She was able to tell us things about the property which we would not have known or thought to ask and gave us detailed information and reminders for completing the closing. She’s awesome!
