I was not familiar with the town he was so helpful in introducing us to everything and helping me make the connections with everything from getting utilities set up to internet connections. He arranged for surveys and inspections, taking time to walk the property himself, which really helped since we lived out of town. On top of that he helped with negotiations. He’s very professional and personable. A great realtor!
