Over the years I’ve found that Realtors and Real Estate Companies love their lists. they love these list with all its configuration’s. Guess that's why they call it a listing. Bear with me; abstract, concrete, TODO, Pro vs Con, Best-of, top ten, Inventory and the all knowing Punch lists. Don’t forget the Check-Check/ List-List, the list to identify completed and uncompleted lists. First list Patti and I created wasn’t on my radar. She asked me, “can you give me a list of all the things you need to make you happy?” I was knocked my off my feet. This was a blueprint. A blueprint for which all other list would be built upon.
Happiness? Who’d-a-thought?

Of all the realtors I have worked with Patti Davila of Century 21 was by far most outstanding.
Patty is a real professional, in her appearance, well spoken and diplomatic, great negotiator, knowledgeable of the local market, as well as all the rules and regulation of the real estate business. After I signed the listing contract, Patty went to work immediately to take photos of the property and the community, printed brochures, send out post cards and staged an open house.
Right after the open house event I received 4 offers. We encountered some challenges and Patty find a solution or helped me to find one. She always kept me informed of every detail, answered my phone calls and on rare occasions when my phone call went to her voice box she returned my call by the end of the day.
The contract of sale was signed on 22. of July and the closing of the property took place on August 16.
I can not thank Patty enough for the excellent job she did for me and should I need the services of a realtor in the future Patty will be my first choice.
