Patti is a true professional. I had my doubts how fast my father's house would sell due to market conditions. Patti suggested a strategic listing price to attract buyers quickly. I was also on a short timeline for the proceeds of the sale, since my elderly father was now living with me and his cost of care was ballooning and coming fast. Patti eased my worried mind and said, let me worry about the sale of his house. Long story short, Patti contracted at a sale price higher than the list price and closed the deal in a matter of weeks, not months.
