Paul Carter not only helped me sell a house for over the asking price, he also helped me buy my little dream home - all in a three month period. He listed my house mid-week and for its first day on the market it was flash flooding and rainy but I still got a solid offer for well over the list price within a day; and a back-up offer. Paul was a great partner in the process by thinking strategically through the offers on the table. I closed on the property without any snags along the way. Paul kept things rolling and was always responding quickly and appropriately to anything that arose along the way (inspections, appraisal, etc).

Working with Paul on buying our house was a pleasure.
