We were able to get the house we wanted within our budget, all thanks to Pillar Tobias. She was really helpful in trying multiple ways to get our loan approved. It was a bit rough because we had a lot of issues but her dedication and persistence made us pull through. Thank you so much for all your efforts, and for not giving up even when we already did.

Pilar as my agent was the best experience I could imagine as a first time home buyer. She is communicative, experienced, and reliable. I am a thorough and transparent person, especially when it comes to business so having Pilar on my side for the housing buying process was the perfect partnership as she is the same way! Pilar was actually referred to me by my grandmother and my mother. Originally I was partnered with a different agent who was terrible at their job and left me extremely stressed. Ultimately I walked away from doing business with that agent and contacted Pilar. This is something I should have done from the beginning, like my family recommended. Pilar has helped my grandmother, and my mother, purchase homes in California before. This makes me a third generation home buyer, with Tobias Realty!
