My wife and I were referred to Ralph and Rasa Balino (and their team) by a friend in the area that used them and also thought they were amazing.
We live in Michigan and once we made our plans to come down and look at houses, they spent the entire week with us trying to find us something to our liking.
All of them are SO knowledgeable about everything they are doing. It was such an absolute pleasure working with them. I am still amazed at the attention we received the entire time working with them and even after closing they were still willing to help with anything we needed.
We will be using them again and again that is for sure and I will be sure to let anyone I know looking for a house to call them.

Both Ralph and Rasa went well beyond our expectations of a "realtor". They even had to act on our behalf on several occasions as we could not be present. We were out-of-town buyers that found Rasa and Ralph because they had a listing we were interested in. We ended up doing a full market search and preparing for a trip in town. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the market and helped us sort through the many possible properties. They were patient and friendly with us when we came in for our whirlwind tour of the area. We ended up finding an extremely good fit for our needs at a great price. Rasa and Ralph were very helpful in the handling of the sale. I live 800 miles away from the property and could not be there. They went above and beyond their call of duty in trying to resolve any issues that came up. I would recommend them highly.
