Randy was faithfully just a phone call away as he walked us seemlessly through every step of selling our home, which were numerous due to the fact it was our first time. He was patient with our questions and concerns and gave solid advice as we navigated each fork in the road. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would definitely go through him in the future! I have felt through this process that Randy was at least as attentive to our needs as to those of the buyer or to his own agenda. When we felt that others were annoying our tenants in our absence, Randy spoke to the buyer's agent within minutes. When I had questions about what was included in the sale among many pieces of equipment that we wanted to remove, Randy had an immediate answer. Randy is articulate and pleasant, and ever positive, important to me because this sale occured as a result of a death in our family. Where we were tender-hearted, he honored that. Couldn't recommend him enough. A fine human.

His advice was sound, and he didn't pressure me to make a decision quickly. He had great recommendations for affordable contractors to help me get the property in order, including painting and cleaning. Once the house was on the market, it was only a couple of weeks before we had an offer, and he helped me negotiate a great deal. Randy took care of all the details, getting repairs and a warranty, so all I had to do was sign documents. I'm thrilled with how easy and quick it was, and I'm very happy with the price I got on the property!
