-A reasonable price without leaving too much on the table
-Attentive to the listing and showings
-Responsible re the tenants' needs, especialy in our absence
-Moving smoothly through the escrow process and being kept apprised of what was going on along the way
-Quick acting with any questions or reservations
-Kind and considerate

I have felt through this process that Randy was at least as attentive to our needs as to those of the buyer or to his own agenda. When we felt that others were annoying our tenants in our absence, Randy spoke to the buyer's agent within minutes. When I had questions about what was included in the sale among many pieces of equipment that we wanted to remove, Randy had an immediate answer. Randy is articulate and pleasant, and ever positive, important to me because this sale occured as a result of a death in our family. Where we were tender-hearted, he honored that. Couldn't recommend him enough. A fine human.
