Randy was great- we sat down and I shared my hopes for selling my house- what price point I was hoping for, what others had shared about the perceived value, and how quickly I wanted it to sell. His advice was sound, and he didn't pressure me to make a decision quickly. He had great recommendations for affordable contractors to help me get the property in order, including painting and cleaning. Once the house was on the market, it was only a couple of weeks before we had an offer, and he helped me negotiate a great deal. Randy took care of all the details, getting repairs and a warranty, so all I had to do was sign documents. I'm thrilled with how easy and quick it was, and I'm very happy with the price I got on the property!
