Very helpful and always available when we needed it. Even late at night- which was necessary at some point given our work schedules and our kids schedules. We appreciate it!

Because this was the sale of our mother's house, it was a little different than selling houses we had actually lived in. Randy was there each step of the way and kept each family member informed in preparing the house for sale, showing the house, signing the contract, and closing. His knowledge of the ever changing real estate market helped guide us in making decisions in selling the house.

Randy found the land for me and it was a long drawn out process with obstacles and he stuck with me the entire time. Very helpful.
