We set up an appointment based upon a friend's recommendation. After meeting Randy, we felt he listened well and had great knowledge of the market for rural land.

Randy provided services beyond any other agent we have dealt with previously. We felt he really took care of our interests in the negotiations. He also provided valuable assessments of the properties we toured.

We saw several rural properties within a 1 hour drive from our property. Randy set up these appointments and had valuable insights into these areas. When we found the right property, Randy knew who to call for structural engineering, appraisal, and inspection of the house located there. All of his recommendations were reliable, professional, and intelligent.

Randy guided us through the closing which had some interesting details. He really facilitated the negotiations and accompanied us through the closing.

Randy and his team are very thorough, pay attention to detail, and prompt in their communication with us and seller’s agent. They are very honest,trustworthy and made the process easy and run smoothly.

Completely professional and knowlegible

Randy has helped me sell the farm properties I inherited from my Dad over the years. He has negotiated sales with both fair pricing and my best interests in mind. He has gotten to know the folks in New Berlin where my property is located and has been an invaluable resource in considering both my priorities and theirs, and in communicating with all parties promptly and clearly. I have appreciated his honesty and realistic approach; I always felt like I knew where I stood and what was going on. He has assisted me with advice and communication in selecting a lawyer and a title company to handle the details. If I had any more property to sell I would count on Randy's help to do it!

Randy’s expertise in the Navarro ISD market, as well as his connections, really helped us put our house together for the sale and network our house in the expanded communities. Randy quickly gained my trust as a knowledgeable real estate expert. He was always accessible and quickly followed up. Fantastic experience.
