Raquel gave solid advice. She was responsive, savvy, a good negotiator, and wrangled us and all the players who were part of each sale. We sold 3 properties and each property was unique and selling it required someone who could not only negotiate but also to manage us as we had our mind set on certain requirements for each sale. Raquel took it all in stride and managed us both - my husband and I are quite different and she even negotiated between the two of us! The first two were sticky sales - there were multiple offers (sometimes so many we needed a spreadsheet to keep them in order), and she helped us navigate each - which offers to consider and why. She had good relationships with the buyers' agents. In one instance, when things were bumpy between our own lawyer and the buyer's lawyer, she and the buyer's agent were able to work together to figure it out. Raquel was amazing and we could not have made it into our new home without her. We met Raquel in the winter of 2021 at an open house in Norwalk, CT while looking for a home in the area. As everyone knows, competition was fierce and finding a home in this market was extremely difficult. I cannot commend Raquel enough on how patient she was with us for over 1 year. She listened carefully, really understood what was a good fit vs. not and when it came time to making an offer and pulling the trigger, a true workhorse! That's what you want.
