Thanks to Reva for the hard work in finding a hard to find property in this area, she knew the area well and helped determine if this property would fit my special needs to use as a short term rental. Looking forward to her helping us find our next short term rental in the near future !!

Reva is very responsive to texts, phone calls and emails which was pretty crucial during our search for a home, most homes would have an offer or two within a day of hitting the market and a contract shortly after. We were able to get in and get an offer on the house we wanted within hours of looking at the property and a contract the next day.

Reva Cotton is the kind of agent that gets things done and quickly! We highly recommend her, and will continue to use her in any future property buy or sale.

Reva is a hard worker . She was always patient, pleasant, and kind.
She was always available and went over and above in helping me find and purchase a home from another state.

Reba Cotton is very knowledgeable in her field. She provided us with excellent customer service , but the part we love the best was she was very sincere about wants and our needs. She provided insight along the way that as byers we would not have had the insight. She is very reputable and makes you feel like you don't have to worry. That's a awesome feeling to have. I can't say enough good things about Reva Cotton. I had not met her prior to my quest for a new home, and now I would use her exclusively if I had another real estate need. I will also readily recommend her to friends, co workers and family.

Reva was so helpful in all aspects of the process.

We could contact her via text after hours or on her day off and always received an answer even though it may have just been something minor that we texted her about not expecting an answer until the next day...
