With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to the vibrant Charleston area. Originally from the picturesque Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Richard left home to spend the next two years in the Southeast, where he earned the title of United States Marine. Shortly after his service ended, the opportunity to continue to serve his community blossomed. He started his tenure in the Garden State of New Jersey, working alongside some of the elites in the real estate industry. After his first year in business, a spark ignited what would make Richard sure this industry was where he belonged, spending the next 6+ years in short-term vacation rental & long-term second home investment space. With a solid foundation, Richard quickly became a top producer in the industry.
Richard now resides in Charleston with his wife and two young children, reflecting his personal investment and commitment to the local real estate market.
